1:1 Coaching
We offer a range of coaching solutions – integrating the classic ‘GROW’ coaching model, 360 degree feedback, psychometric and personality tools and NLP techniques as appropriate. Examples of recent coaching assignments include using GROW to help a young HR professional make a confident transition from team member to team leader and using NLP techniques to help two ‘high flyers’ overcome the mental blocks preventing them from presenting to an audience with impact and influence.
